La Misión de San David Uribe Velasco se inició como respuesta al llamado de Dios para vivir plenamente el mensaje del Evangelio y seguir al Espíritu Santo hacia una renovada evangelización. Empezamos nuestro ministerio bajo un impulso que creemos firmemente fue la intervención espiritual de San David Uribe Velasco para darles un acercamiento a todos los marginados de nuestra sociedad, pero con un enfoque a la comunidad inmigrante por lo general y a la comunidad hispana en lo particular. Nos dedicamos a extender la Buena Nueva del Evangelio, promover el amor de Dios que es para todos y trabajamos en asuntos de justicia social y derechos humanos.

The Mission of Saint David Uribe Velasco was begun in humble reply to God's call to live the
Gospel message and to follow His Holy Spirit into a renewed evangelization. Prompted by what we firmly believe was St. David Uribe Velasco's spiritual intervention, we began our ministry to all those marginalized in our society, especially to the immigrant population in general but to the Hispanic population in particular. We are dedicated to spreading the Good News of the Gospel, promoting God's love and availability to all people and to issues of social justice and human rights.
